About R2 Construction

Roddy D. Reef, our managing partner, is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and construction management. He has wide experience in both those fields.

Roddy Reef began his career as vice president of construction with one of the largest privately held development companies in Colorado. After successfully managing more than $30 million in multi-family development and construction for two years, he founded R Reef Construction Management, which continues to develop and build multi-family projects including site, infrastructure, construction, and recreational facilities.

Beginning in the late 1990s, we diversified to take advantage of Denver’s changing real estate and construction markets. Our new direction includes land development, inline and freestanding restaurant construction, and retail store construction as well as single-family and multi-family residential construction.

Since founding the R Reef Companies — R2 Construction and RRCC — we’ve developed a solid working relationship with the Colorado real estate and construction community. Because we thoroughly understand their comprehensive plans, zoning requirements, and building codes, we’ve developed good relationships with local municipalities throughout the Denver metropolitan area and in Colorado Springs.
